Foot Reflexology

1 hour = $110 | Recommended 4 sessions

Reported to be over 5,000 years old, Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, ears and spine which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure to these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body. All 9 systems of the body are affected. Feet carry our weight, absorb shock, propel the body forward and adapt to different ground levels. As there are over 7,200 nerve endings in one foot alone the feet correspond very well to the body.

Insurance coverage of Reflexology.

Clients should check directly with their Insurance Provider to see if Reflexology is a benefit they can use in their health plan. If it isn't, clients may contact the Reflexology Association of Canada for a letter asking to have Reflexology added to their benefit package.

Massage

1 hour = $120

Swedish, Shiatsu, Acupressure and Reflexology. Helps balance the effects of stress, reducing anxiety levels, restoring a calm mind and feeling of well being, thereby improving energy flow and homeostatis (balance) of body, mind and spirit. All 9 systems of the body are affected. Flushes toxins; reduces muscular tension; also tension headaches are reduced. Enhances tissue elasticity; promotes well nourished skin. Improves one's mood and quality of sleep.

Chair Massage

15 minutes = $35 | Add 5, 10 or 15 for only $1.00 per minute

A lighter, medium touch or acupressure done through clothing; focusing on back, neck shoulders and arms. Can be done anywhere. A 15-minute chair massage done twice weekly during a lunch period found employees less fatigued, being able to think clearer; a decrease in job stress and an increase in productivity. Indian Head Massage

20 minutes = $35 | Add 5, 10 or 15 for only $1.25 per minute

Stroking, tweaking and other massage techniques are used to energize the scalp and head. Done generally without oils however coconut oil can be applied if person so desires. Feels so good!

Body Exfoliation

1 hour = $100+

Person can choose what Scrub they want e.g. sugar, peppermint, lavender, etc. Scrub is applied to body with a circular massage movement with a scrub glove or by hand. Rids body of old skin cells, invigorates and promotes circulation. Removed either in shower or manually. Coconut oil or other essential oils then applied.
